Why this page exists. Foreign patients are routinely quoted 30–100% above the local rate, and agency commissions of 15–30% are usually built into the treatment price rather than billed separately. Every Korean clinic is legally required to publish its non-covered fee schedule, so the real number is verifiable — it is just rarely shown to visitors.

What these numbers are — and are not
They are observed market ranges for Korean patients in Seoul, mostly Gangnam, compiled from clinics' legally published non-covered fee schedules, on-the-ground research, and Korean-language patient reviews.
They are not quotes. Your actual price depends on the clinic tier, the doctor's assessment of what you need, unit and shot counts, and whether you book a package. USD figures are approximate and move with the exchange rate. Nothing here is medical advice — a licensed physician decides what is appropriate for you.
If a quote you receive sits 30% or more above the top of a range here, that gap is worth asking about. It is not automatically wrong — premium clinics and well-known doctors genuinely charge more — but you should know you are paying for that, rather than for a middleman.
Want to know what you would actually pay?
Tell us the treatments you are considering and your dates. We match you to 2–3 vetted Seoul clinics, with local pricing as your benchmark, with a plan from a doctor rather than a salesperson. You pay only at the clinic for your treatment — no concierge fee to you.
Get a fair-price match →Methodology: figures are collected from Korean clinics' published non-covered fee schedules (a legal requirement in Korea), practitioner interviews, and Korean-language patient reviews on UNNI and Naver Blog, then cross-checked against quotes our own clients receive. Ranges reflect the spread between neighborhood and premium Gangnam clinics. Reviewed and updated quarterly — last review September 2026. Corrections welcome at consult@beautrek.com.
