Two kinds of payments
1. Beautrek services & booking deposits (paid to Beautrek). Our interpretation and airport transfer services are paid to Beautrek at the KRW prices listed (interpretation assistant KRW 110,000 · pickup/sending + interpretation package KRW 250,000). To confirm clinic appointments we may also ask for a small deposit, credited toward your trip or refunded per our refund policy.
2. Treatment payments (paid directly to clinics). You always pay clinics directly, at their real local price. Beautrek never adds a markup and never handles your treatment money.
How the secure payment works
You can pay on our services page, or we send a link by WhatsApp or email. Either way it opens a secure payment page operated by a licensed Korean payment gateway (PCI-DSS certified). Meeting us in person at the airport or clinic? We show a QR code — you scan it and pay on your own phone, with Apple Pay or your card. Your card details go only to the payment processor — Beautrek never sees or stores them.

About 3-D Secure verification
International card payments use 3-D Secure — the same one-time-password step your bank uses for online purchases. If your card isn't enrolled, the payment may fail: enroll through your banking app (often listed as "3D Secure", "Verified by VISA", or "Mastercard ID Check"), or tell us and we'll send an alternative option.

- Beautrek payment links come only from consult@beautrek.com, hello@beautrek.com, or our official WhatsApp thread you're already chatting in.
- We will never ask for your card number, PIN, or password by message, and never ask you to pay by bank transfer to a personal account.

Receipts & refunds
Every payment generates a card receipt from the payment gateway. Refunds go back to the original card — see the deposit & refund policy for timing and conditions.
