1. Who we are
Beautrek is a Korea beauty & medical trip coordination service operated by 씨더파트너스 ("we", "us"), a business registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 691-31-01473). Contact: hello@beautrek.com. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
We provide the following services to international visitors:
- Free coordination — consultation, clinic matching, and trip planning support at no charge.
- Clinic Interpretation Assistant (USD 80 per visit, fixed) — a professional interpretation assistant who accompanies you at a Beautrek partner clinic. One interpreter covers up to two guests.
- Airport Pickup/Sending + Interpretation Package (USD 220, fixed) — private transfer between Incheon/Gimpo airport and your hotel or clinic, with the interpretation assistant service included.
- Booking deposits — where a partner clinic requires a deposit to confirm an appointment, we may collect it on the clinic's instruction and credit it toward your visit.
The interpretation assistant service is available for visits to Beautrek partner clinics (including our partner aesthetic K-Young). Availability of all services is confirmed before payment is requested.
3. Booking and payment
- Prices are listed and charged in USD at the fixed amounts shown on our Services & pricing page.
- Payment is made online through a licensed Korean payment gateway — by international card (with 3-D Secure verification) or supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay. We may send a secure payment link by email or messenger, or present a QR code for payment on your own device when meeting in person.
- Your booking is confirmed when payment is completed; we send a confirmation email that serves as your receipt of booking.
- We never see or store your card details — they go only to the payment processor.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and rescheduling follow our Refund Policy: 48 hours or more before the service — free reschedule or 100% refund; 24–48 hours — one free reschedule or 50% refund; under 24 hours or no-show — non-refundable. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and similar events outside your control, with reasonable proof.
5. Service scope
- Interpretation covers your consultation and treatment visit at the booked partner clinic during the agreed time window.
- Airport pickup/sending covers Incheon (ICN) and Gimpo (GMP) airports. Please provide accurate flight details; we monitor delays where possible.
- Schedule changes are subject to interpreter and vehicle availability.
6. We are not a medical provider
Beautrek provides coordination, interpretation, and transportation convenience services only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinics are independent providers: your treatment agreement is with the clinic, and treatment payments are made directly to the clinic. Information on our website is educational reference only — always verify with a licensed physician.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information (names, dates, flight numbers, contact details).
- Arrive on time for scheduled services; late arrival may shorten the service window.
- Hold valid travel documents and comply with Korean law during your visit.
8. Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for: outcomes of medical treatments provided by clinics; delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, flight changes, or force majeure); or indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, guides, graphics, and branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be notified on this page with a new effective date.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will always try to resolve any issue directly and in good faith first — write to us at consult@beautrek.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea. Consumers may also seek redress through the Korea Consumer Agency or the e-commerce dispute mediation bodies.
