This policy explains how 씨더파트너스, operator of Beautrek ("we", "us"), handles your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA) and other applicable laws. Privacy contact: hello@beautrek.com.
1. What we collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health records. Anything you choose to share about treatment interests is used only to coordinate your visit.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to consultations and match you with suitable partner clinics
- To provide booked services — assigning interpreters, arranging vehicles, tracking flights
- To process payments, send confirmations and receipts, and handle refunds
- To meet legal obligations (e.g., transaction record-keeping under Korean e-commerce law)
- Marketing messages only if you separately agree, and you can opt out anytime
3. Who we share it with
- Partner clinics — only with your consent, to arrange your consultation or visit (name, language, requested treatment, visit date)
- Payment gateway — to process the payment you initiate
- Transport partners — driver receives your name, pickup time/place, and flight number for pickup services
- We never sell your personal information
4. How long we keep it
- Consultation records: until the purpose is fulfilled, then deleted (max 1 year of inactivity)
- Payment and refund records: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years
5. International visitors
Our services are provided in Korea and your information is processed on servers we use for business operations. By booking from abroad, you understand your information is transferred to and processed in Korea for the purposes above.
6. Security
Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it to serve you. Payment data is handled only by the PCI-DSS-certified payment gateway. Messenger consultations happen on the official Beautrek accounts only.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@beautrek.com. We respond within 10 business days. Deletion requests are honored except where law requires us to retain records (Section 4).
8. Cookies & analytics
We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
9. Changes to this policy
Updates are published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the page.
